We understand that circumstances change. Our goal is to make this process smooth and respectful. Your feedback helps us improve, so we appreciate your honest input.

⚠️ Please note: We require 1 full billing cycle to process your cancellation request.

Freeze Your Membership

Whether you're traveling or feeling under the weather, you can freeze your membership for up to 7 days, three times a year, at no cost.

⚠️ Please note: Additional freezes can be added to your membership for a small $15 fee.

Freeze Policy Terms:

  • Your membership can be frozen for a maximum of 7 consecutive days per request.

  • Each member is entitled to 3x free freeze requests per calendar year.

  • Additional freeze requests beyond the 3x free allowances will incur a $15 administrative fee per request.

  • Access to the gym is not permitted during the freeze period.

  • All freeze requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the desired freeze start date.

  • Freeze periods do not pause billing but will extend your membership by the number of days frozen.
