Check-In Required: All members must check in at the front desk or via the gym access system upon arrival.
Respect Shared Spaces: Please re-rack weights, wipe down equipment after use, and avoid hogging machines during peak hours.
Age Restrictions: Members must be 16+ unless enrolled in the Youth Fitness program. Minors must have a parent/guardian waiver on file.
Proper Attire: Closed-toe athletic shoes and appropriate workout clothing are required at all times. No slippers, sandles, or crocs.
Peak Hours: During peak hours, cardio equipment usage is limited to 30 minutes per person.
No Personal Training: Outside personal trainers are not permitted to train clients in the facility unless approved by management.
Guest Policy: Guests must sign a waiver and may only enter with a sponsoring member. Guest fees apply unless part of a promotion.
Equipment Use: Do not drop weights or misuse equipment. Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
Storage & Belongings: Lockers are provided for the safekeeping of personal items. For safety reasons, bags are not permitted on the gym floor. Please note that the gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.
Cleanliness & Hygene: Please bring a towel and use it on benches and machines. Dispose of trash and wipes properly.
Food & Drink: Only water or sports drinks in sealed containers are permitted on the gym floor. No food allowed.
Photography & Filming: Photography or filming is strictly prohibited in restrooms and locker rooms. Tripods, lighting equipment, or other filming setups are not permitted on the gym floor. Please respect the privacy of others and refrain from filming or photographing anyone without their express consent.
Behavior & Conduct: Harassment, inappropriate language, or disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Advance Booking Required: All classes must be pre-booked in advance through our app, website, or at the front desk. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.
Please Arrive on Time: Classes begin promptly to allow for a proper warm-up and to minimize disruptions.
No Late Entry: For safety reasons, members who arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started will not be permitted to join. This helps prevent injuries and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
Capacity Limits: Each class has a maximum capacity to ensure safety and the best experience. If a class is fully booked, you can be added to the waitlist if you wish.
Waitlist: If a class spot becomes available, all members on the waitlist will be notified via email. Booking from the waitlist is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to act quickly if a spot opens up.
Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class you’ve booked, you must cancel your spot at least 2 hours before the class starts to allow waitlisted members the opportunity to book. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 7-day booking suspension, during which you will be unable to reserve any classes. This policy helps ensure fair access for all members.
Class Attendance: Class attendance is reviewed on a weekly basis and may be subject to change depending on popularity and occupancy.

Group Size: Each group consists of 6–12 members to ensure quality coaching and accountability.
Package Durations: Small Group Training is offered in fixed-duration packages of 4, 12, or 24 weeks. These packages are non-extendable and run continuously on a weekly basis starting each Monday. Missed sessions are NOT rolled over or extended beyond the package duration.
Mandatory Attendance: Clients are expected to attend 3x sessions per week during their dedicated time slots. Any request to adjust training days must be submitted in advance to the Fitness Manager. Changes will be accommodated based on availability and class capacity.
Session Timeliness: Sessions start promptly. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the warm-up is complete.
Package Expiry: Packages are valid only for their designated term. They cannot be paused or extended unless in cases of medical or emergency leave, subject to management approval.
Session Booking: All personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance directly with your trainer. Any changes to your training schedule should be mutually agreed upon between you and your trainer.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
No-Show Policy: Sessions missed without prior notice will be counted as used and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure other clients are not impacted.
Session Expiry: All training sessions must be used within the validity period specified for each package. Unused sessions after the expiry date will be forfeited.
Freeze Policy: You may pause your training package due to travel or medical reasons, which need to be reviewed and approved by our fitness manager.
To request a freeze, please submit the Freeze Form and include supporting documentation, such as a flight itinerary or medical certificate.
No Refunds: Unused sessions are non-refundable, but remaining sessions may be transferred to another active member upon request.
Trainer Assignment & Changes: We aim to provide consistent trainer support throughout your program. In the event your trainer leaves the team, becomes unavailable, or if you are not satisfied with your current trainer, we will assign an alternate trainer to ensure continuity. Trainer changes are subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences and feedback.
Parental Waiver Required: A signed waiver and emergency contact information must be completed and submitted before any child may participate in sessions or camps.
Supervised Access Only: Children are only permitted in the gym during scheduled and supervised program times. Independent gym use is not allowed.
Behavior Expectations: All children are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and peers. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program.
Hydration: Children must bring a labeled water bottle to every session to stay hydrated. Water fountains are available for refills.
Appropriate Clothing: Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe sports shoes suitable for physical activity.
No Outside Food: Please do not send snacks unless previously arranged for medical or program-specific needs. This helps maintain a safe, allergy-conscious environment.
Illness Policy: If your child is unwell (e.g., fever, cough, upset stomach), please keep them at home to protect the health of others.
Pick-Up Policy: Children must be picked up within 10 minutes of their session’s end time. Repeated late pickups may result in temporary suspension from the program.
Seasonal Programs: This policy applies to both regular term-time programs and special sessions such as summer camps, where additional guidelines may be communicated in advance.
