Class Descriptions

Crossfit

A high-intensity strength and conditioning workout that combines weightlifting, cardio, and functional movements. Perfect for building strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Every class is scalable for all fitness levels.

Boxing Conditioning

A fast-paced, full-body workout that blends boxing technique with cardio and core training. Learn real punching combos, footwork, and defense drills while torching calories and boosting coordination.

Kettlefit

Focused on power, mobility, and control, this class uses kettlebells for dynamic movements that build lean muscle, improve balance, and strengthen your core. Great for all levels — from beginners to seasoned lifters.

HIIT Circuits

Short bursts of intense exercise followed by recovery periods to maximize fat burn and metabolism. This class delivers results fast — expect high energy, sweat, and serious gains in endurance and strength.

Mobility & Core

A restorative class designed to improve flexibility, reduce injury risk, and strengthen your core. Ideal as a recovery session or a complement to more intense training days.

Class Policy - Please Read

To ensure the best experience for all members and maintain a safe, effective workout environment, please note the following class rules:

  • Advance Booking Required: All classes must be pre-booked in advance through our app, website, or at the front desk. Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot.

  • Please Arrive on Time: Classes begin promptly to allow for a proper warm-up and to minimize disruptions.

  • No Late Entry: For safety reasons, members who arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started will not be permitted to join. This helps prevent injuries and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.

  • Capacity Limits: Each class has a maximum capacity to ensure safety and the best experience. If a class is fully booked, you can be added to the waitlist if you wish.

  • Waitlist: If a class spot becomes available, all members on the waitlist will be notified via email. Booking from the waitlist is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to act quickly if a spot opens up.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend a class you’ve booked, you must cancel your spot at least 2 hours before the class starts to allow waitlisted members the opportunity to book. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 7-day booking suspension, during which you will be unable to reserve any classes. This policy helps ensure fair access for all members.

  • Class Attendance: Class attendance is reviewed on a weekly basis and may be subject to change depending on popularity and occupancy.
